Montreal, Canada. September 12, 2006 - Game publisher Meridian4 is pleased to announce the signing of a Worldwide publishing agreement with developers Big Toe Software for their Arcade/Shooter; Dark Matter.

Dark Matter is a remake of the classic arcade game Asteroids. In 1980, Asteroids was one of the most commercially successful games and helped to establish videogames as a lasting entertainment media.
