Mediatonic on The Gadget Show

Flash/iPhone developer to have TV debut tonight on FIVE.

London, Monday 12th October 2009: Mediatonic, the London-based social gaming specialists, make their TV debut tonight on the highly rated “The Gadget Show”, which airs at 8pm on FIVE. Mediatonic are a specialist Flash and iPhone developer who also create their own IP. They work for some of the biggest names in gaming, including SEGA, Ubi Soft and THQ and, during early August, a film crew descended upon the Mediatonic offices in London’s West End to film Suzi Perry and members of the Mediatonic team taking part in one of the show’s famous challenges.

The task was to see who could create the better iPhone application – Suzi and Mediatonic, or co-presenter Jason Bradbury and some of his mates. The winner would be decided by how many times the game was downloaded from the iTunes app store. And tonight, at 8pm on FIVE, the winner will be revealed.

The Gadget Show is the one of the highest rated shows on FIVE and is now into its 12th series. Hosted by Suzie Perry, Jon Bentley, Jason Bradbury and Ortis Deley, it continually seeks to feature the latest cutting-edge technology and provide a fun format that appeals to gadget fans of all ages.
