Mayhem Studio's September Releases
Spain, 12 September 2007 - Spain-based game development studio Mayhem Studio announces new original cell phone games opened for European or Worldwide distribution: Popeye® Pinball, Evolution, Submarine Crusher and our star release: RUNNER 626.
During last months, Mayhem Studio has worked in the development of IP titles as The Call of Cthulhu: The Darkness Within and Cyberpunk: The Arasaka's Plot (both titles have been distributed worldwide by Spain-based publisher LemonQuest) and now they announce several new IP titles for their catalogue of cell phone games in the future next months like Lone Wolf: Overture or Popeye's Great Adventure.
"Our releases in the following months include original and IP titles bringing innovation and a lot of fun. Popeye® Pinball
One of the funniest games and with the biggest fans number arrives to the cell phones presented by MAYHEM STUDIO. Our particular tribute to the classical coin machine that gave us so may hours of fun in our childhood. With this videogame, players will be able to carry all the feelings with them, where they go, enjoining playing the funniest games and discovering their occult secrets.

Evolution
Who said evolution was easy? From Darwin times when he established the species' evolution, all the amoebas know that they have to eat to the little ones if they want to survive being one of the greatest. Here, player can manage his own little cellule in order to get it changed into an adaptive being, evolving to one or other species on depending that they eat.

Submarine Crusher
1943. Second World War. The German warship SCHARNHORST, called "the unsinkable", fights against ally's forces in an unequal combat. During its adventure it must face up to all kind of submarines, confronting them with depth charges, countermeasures and nuclear mega charges.

Runner 626
In a far future, people have to run for their lives. The main test to know if you are a survivor is to confront to different adversaries in a background with platforms allowing you to have advantages and disadvantages in your race.
You are Runner 626. You run for your live. If you lose, you will be dead. So, you have to demonstrate to be the best runner, racing against human or machines created by Omicron IV, the mad ruler of this world orchestrating this contest.
The game is played with only One Button and different platforms have different influence above you when click it. If it has the same colour you will run faster and if they are of your adversary's colour you will run slower. Besides, you can use different traps or weapons to finish against the adversary or to improve your speed or jump. But, be careful, he can do the same. Each adversary has different skills or playing modes and they are more difficult to be defeated in the next levels.

MAYHEM STUDIO was born with the intention of to specialize in the creation of branded cell phone games for all kind of mobile devices and other handled platforms based in different aspects of the XXth and XXIst century popular culture characters.
Our main intention is to return to the players to their childhood world. We want to give back to them the feelings we had playing with our old Spectrums, Amstrads and the first PCs, but taking advantages of the new technologies and the proximity and interconnectivity that mobile handsets offer to us. We want that who was a child in that age enjoy again like in their childhood when playing was funny and each videogame took us to a new, different world, full of fantastic characters to manage, adventures to live and enemies to defeat. But we also want new players whom didn't live that age, be part of it, feeling the same that we felt, living and playing like we lived and played.
Mayhem Studio works with several of the major game publishers, and RPG editors companies worldwide to deliver their products in several languages and countries of Europe and now we are looking to reach to new markets.
