Majesty 2: Kingmaker

Producer Mattias Lilja gives a video interview.

NEW YORK – February 4th 2010 – Paradox Interactive has today released another fascinating developer interview from its recent Stockholm convention, this time featuring Mattias Lilja, Producer at Paradox revealing details on Majesty 2: Kingmaker, the first expansion for the Fantasy Strategy game Majesty 2, developed by 1C:InoCo and due for release in Q1 2010.

After an overwhelmingly positive response from fans after the release of Majesty 2, Lilja explains how the decision to make Majesty 2: Kingmaker was a reward for their loyalty, and also a chance to build upon and improve the original game. Containing a brand new single-player campaign consisting of eight missions, players will go up against Lord Blackviper and his army of evil goblins. Also being release just prior to the expansion is the map editor allowing fans to build their own levels and missions.

Commenting on how fans are likely to receive Majesty 2: Kingmaker, Lilja commented that “If you liked the first game, I think you’re going to love this one!”
