LMA Manager tops UK mobile game charts

Jamdat's mobile version of Codemasters' LMA Manager 2005 was the most downloaded Java game for mobile handsets during the month of May, according to the latest figures published by ELSPA.

The previous number one - iFone's Lemmings - dropped down into fourth place in the charts, while the publisher's mobile version of Tetris moved up one spot to No. 2. Macrospace's Who Wants to be a Millionaire, also a former No. 1, is in third place.

AMS' 3 in 1 Arcade Pub Pack is at No. 5, followed by Player One's Pokermillion Texas Hold 'Em at six. Gameloft has two titles in the top ten - Midnight Pool at seven, and the mobile version of popular console title Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory at eight.

Infospace's Pub Pool is at No. 9 in the chart, while Mini Golf Castles from Digital Chocolate holds on at No. 10.

The charts are compiled by UK publisher body ELSPA using data from the four largest networks in the UK - O2, Orange, T-Mobile and Vodafone.
