Level R

German racing MMOG now also playable in English, French and Spanish.

Hamburg 2nd October, 2009 – gamigo AG, a leading European publisher of Massively Multiplayer Online Games (MMOGs) released today English, French and Spanish versions of the world’s biggest racing MMOG, Level R; players can now race against competitors from four nations in their very own localised version.

Level R Races Across Europe

Level R combines breathtaking graphics with exiting gameplay. Incredibly popular in Germany, the game offers online multiplayer races in licensed cars from big name auto manufacturers like VW, Nissan and Mazda. Players can race across more than 10 maps in various game modes – every kind of player is catered for.

Players can discover the maps in explorer mode, engage in realistic races in simulation mode and even play games of capture the flag. As well as the high-octane drag racing mode there’s the bread and butter of the game: Arcade mode. Playing any of these modes earn players points that can be exchanged for improvements to their car and, in later levels, brand new ones.

Level R isn’t just a game; it’s an online racing community. It takes all the best features from gamigo’s other MMORPGs – such as guilds in the form of racing teams – to make Level R something that gamers will keep on coming back to.

European Championship

At the same time as this launch, the German version has been patched to allow all players to compete on the same server. Patrick Streppel, gamigo AG’s CMO: “This patch not only allows 3 new nations to join the race, it means the game is now perfectly tuned: more fun, more countries, more thrills: Level R is now in top gear!”

Players can register, download and play right away by visiting levelr.gamigo.com – all completely free.
