Leading Game Industry Recruiter Hosts Contest for Edinburgh Interactive Entertainment Festival

Winner Receives Conference Pass and Nokia N-Gage

This inaugural online contest offers a fantastic experience at the EIEF 2005 to one lucky winner.

The Edinburgh Interactive Entertainment Festival 2005, running August 10-14 in Edinburgh, Scotland, attracts game creators and game publishers from all over the world, including the U.K., Europe, U.S. and Canada. In its third year, the EIEF 2005 will bring the interactive entertainment industry together under one roof at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre, including leading companies from gaming, telecommunications and retail. .

EIEF supporter Mary-Margaret.com is sponsoring their inaugural online contest, which includes one full access pass to EIEF (Value: £195) and a Nokia N-Gage accompanied by several new top game titles. EIEF 2005 sponsors include Sony, Nintendo, XboxTM, BT, Nokia N-Gage, Alias, NVIDIATM and GAME amongst others. Key speakers and panelists are speaking on topics such as mobile gaming, the strength of narratives in gaming, convergence and more.

Special features of this year's festival include the open-to-the-public Go Play Games attraction, offering over 1,200 sq metres of action, and the Game Screening programme that will allow enthusiasts to meet the names behind the games. XboxTM is joining forces with Broadband from BT to bring XboxTM Live® to the festival, while NVIDIATM, Jolt Online Gaming and Interactive Gaming UK are flying the flag for PC gaming with a 16 player online-gaming tournament.
