Kuju hands off Train Simulator 2 development to Microsoft

Reports today indicate that UK developer Kuju has handed off development on Train Simulator 2 to a team at Microsoft, in a parting of ways which is described as "mutual and amicable" by the studio.
The move apparently comes as part of Kuju's strategy of focusing on console and wireless products - areas which don't fit particularly well with the relatively popular but incredibly niche and hardcore Train Simulator franchise on the PC.
