KL Mahjong
Based on the speedy Kuala Lumpur rules enabling one-minute games.
GameFront has released their newest game, KL Mahjong, to the App Store. Mahjong as a game is known to almost everyone: It is a game that originated from China and involves skill, strategy, and calculation, as well as a certain degree of luck (depending on the variation played, luck can be anything from a minor to a dominant factor in winning).
KL Mahjong is based on the Kuala Lumpur / Malaysia rules, and is known to be the fastest variant available; each game should take less than a minute to play!
Unique elements of this version of Mahjong are the four animal tiles (cat, mouse, cockerel, and centipede) as well as certain alternatives in the scoring rules, which allow payouts midway through the game if certain conditions are met. KL Mahjong features 84 tiles on the table of which 4 are jokers! Each game has a total of 84 tiles consisting of 36 circle tiles, 28 honor tiles, 8 flower tiles, 4 animal tiles, 4 face tiles and the aforementioned joker tiles. It takes minimum 5 points to win the game, and there is a double reward on 10 points or more. Jokers, bites and gongs bring extra rewards, and the jokers can be swapped back into the hand.
