John Galt Games Begins Development of Happy Car

SEOUL, Korea - February 1, 2005 - John Galt Games today announces a formal agreement with Korean-based developer GoPets to co-develop its upcoming casual online racing game, Happy Car. The two companies will work together to ensure an October delivery of a truly unique game, whose gameplay has been coined "curiously fun."

"We have found a tremendous partner here in Korea with Erik Bethke and GoPets," remarked Trey Ratcliff, Chief Executive Officer of John Galt Games. "We are extremely excited to be working closely with the team on Happy Car. It's such a fun game, and GoPets is bringing the je ne sais quoi that makes it a magical experience."

GoPets has their own unique product going into open beta this April called GoPetsLive (www.gopetslive.com). GoPetsLive is an innovative product that features truly autonomous pets that travel from computer to computer in a unique social networking environment.

"Happy Car is exactly the kind of cool game that GoPets is perfectly positioned to develop," said Erik Bethke, CEO of GoPets. "Our cooperation on this project will only be the beginning of a long and mutually beneficial partnership."

"We can't wait to get Happy Car into the hands of the public," said Gustaf Leksell, Manager of Business Development. "Our Korean-based development team will give this product the quality level needed for our planned rollout to 26 countries around the world."
