Jagex CEO to keynote Virtual Worlds Forum

Early bird rate closing shortly; exclusive registration benefits revealed

This year's Virtual Worlds Forum is set to feature a keynote from Geoff Iddison, CEO of Jagex, at the event taking place at The Bridge in London, October 6 - 7.

Those who haven't bought a ticket but are planning to attend the event are being advised to act quickly as the early bird discount rate will come to an end August 14. Under the early bird rate commercial and academic ticket purchasers stand to save GBP 100, public sector or non-profit ticket purchasers could save GBP 50, while people looking to buy freelance or small business tickets stand to save GBP 150.

The Virtual World Forum has also revealed that attendees will receive a free three-month subscription to FT.com, as well as a complimentary copy of the Gartner Research Report 'Virtual Worlds: The Grand Challenges - what to expect in 2009'. In the report, the author, Steve Prentice, VP and Gartner Fellow, summarises the current condition of virtual worlds.
