In2Games tees off with launch of golfing site – www.realworldgolf.com

For immediate release:

19 July 2005:

In2Games, the innovative games publisher and hardware manufacturer behind the award-winning Gametrak Direct Motion Capture system, and the forthcoming Real World Golf title, today launches its dedicated Real World Golf website at www.realworldgolf.com.

Real World Golf, launching across Europe on PS2 on 26 August 2005, on PC in late September 2005 and into the US later this year, uses the Gametrak system to track your swings and put it directly into the game - in real time.

Real World Golf comes complete with a 'mini club' - alternatively, you can use real clubs, but try not to make holes in your ceiling!

Every aspect of your golf swing is tracked in real time - just adjust your swing to pitch, fade, spin or draw the ball.

The website www.realworldgolf.com features screenshots, info on the game, downloadable videos and more, and marks the start of In2Games' biggest marketing blitz to date, which will include TV, print, live events, instore demos and much more, in the run up to the launch of "the most realistic golf game ever" (PowerStation magazine).

To find out why Edge magazine has described Real World Golf as making Tiger Woods "look like a rather quaint joke", check out www.realworldgolf.com, or buy instore from all major retailers from August 26th.

About Gametrak

Gametrak is a revolutionary 3D motion sensing controller which gives users precise and intuitive control in 3D space - unlike camera technologies, Gametrak allows movement forwards and backwards as well as up, down, left and right, and does all this without any time delay or processor overhead. Instead of a complex and intimidating series of buttons and joysticks; fighting games enable users to physically punch opponents using boxing gloves; sports games will users to pick up and play using real golf clubs or tennis rackets; adventure games will become totally immersive as users are able to manipulate 'virtual' onscreen objects with their hands.

The first Gametrak title, Dark Wind, launched on PS2 in October 2004, winning awards such as Leipzig Games Convention's 'Best Of Show'. Real World Golf represents a milestone in sports gaming, freeing users from the confusion of joysticks and buttons, and allowing them to play a real game of golf. Future Gametrak titles include basketball, bowling, party games, shooting, skiing, tennis, basketball, football, action and adventure titles, for current and future games formats.
