Great new 2008 line-up for Kalypso UK

Continuing their success of 2007, Kalypso Media UK ltd are please to unveil their initial titles for Q1 2008:

Jonathan Hales, Managing Director for the UK branch of Kalypso Media UK Ltd said: "We are very excited by how things have moved in a positive direction for us since opening the office in August 2007, which was a good time to test the water and set our foundations firmly in place. We are now proactively signing up new deals and preparing ourselves for a busy 2008. These three titles are just an indication of what is to come."

Imperium Romanum (PC)

Construct fortifications, build towers, gates and bridges, and pay for them in a challenging, enjoyable, and authentic quest to rule the World. "Imperium Romanum" boasts a variety of new features to enhance game-play and complete the historical strategy gaming experience. These include a sophisticated graphics engine, a mass of authentic historical buildings such as the world famous Circus Maximus and Gladiator schools, an impressive battle system where the player commands their armies and an interactive mission mode which allows the player to control the activation of goals. Imperium Romanum is due for release in February/March 2008

Jack Keane (PC)

Is an amusing, action-packed Point 'n' Click Adventure with loads of allusions to well-known computer games and classic movies. Players assume the role of daring adventurer Jack and accompany him in his travels during the early colonial era. Once again short on cash, no sooner does Jack accept a relatively innocent assignment than he's up against a truly mad scientist and his army of trained apes. The game takes Jack to settings such as London, Capetown and the jungles of India - and he wouldn't be Jack if he didn't run into shifty characters wherever he goes... Jack Keane is due for release in March 2008

AGON - Lost Sword of Toledo (PC)

The Lost Sword of Toledo is the fourth episode and the second full-disc instalment in the AGON adventure game series. It can be enjoyed as a standalone game, with new characters and original puzzles. The new title has been given a range of additional features, including more detailed, manually animated characters, more realistic graphics with new 3D effects, and dialogue-oriented storytelling, while still retaining the features of the previous instalment; integrated, story-based puzzles, authentic surroundings and background music with local elements. Agon - The Lost Sword of Toledo is due for release in February 2008
