Goozex, Inc. WINS SECOND ANNUAL CUPID'S CUP COMPETITION FOR START-UP BUSINESS PLANS

Goozex, Inc. Recognized by Under Armour's Chief Executive & Founder Kevin Plank

College Park, MD - May 10, 2007 - Goozex, Inc. won the second annual Cupid's Cup Competition sponsored by Under Armour's Chief Executive and Founder, Kevin Plank. The company was recognized for its innovative online video game trading service that connects thousands of users across North America.

Cupid's Cup originates from one of Kevin Plank's early entrepreneurial ventures, a rose sale business called Cupid's Valentine that sold roses to University of Maryland students on Valentine's Day. This small business earned him over $20,000 during his four years at the University and helped fund his ultimate entrepreneurial venture, Under Armour. The event was hosted by the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.

Goozex won the first place prize of $15,000 and committed to use the money in supporting the company's rapid growth within the used video game market. Before announcing Goozex as the winner of Cupid's Cup, Plank joked "Spend wisely with that money. I'm telling you, it's a lot of money - what I would have given for it when I was in your situation."

The Goozex business plan presented at Cupid's Cup revolves around trading video games online on an award winning peer-to-multi-peer system. The Goozex system is designed to directly connect members across North America and allow them to swap video games for points and use the points to request other games. Goozex points are proportional to the fair market value of each game in the used market and Goozex members pay only $1.00 for each trade. The end result is that members can save hundreds of dollars a year by trading on a nationwide online community. Goozex supports all major gaming platforms including Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, PC Games, Mac Games and more.

"It's a great honor and validation to be recognized by Kevin Plank, founder of one of the most recognizable brands in the world," Valerio Zanini, CEO of Goozex commented. "The importance of winning this competition goes far beyond the prize, by showing just how huge the potential is for Goozex. People want to be connected together to swap games and skip the middle man market that gives unfair trade-in values. This is proven hundreds of times a day on Goozex."
