GFI's RTS Added to Playlogic's Line Up

Playlogic Acquires "Officers"

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS, April 27, 2007: Publisher Playlogic Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB: PLGC) announced the acquisition of the Real Time Strategy (RTS) game "Officers" for PC, from Russian development studio GFI. This extensive RTS will be released in Q3 of this year.

"Officers" takes place on the immense battlefields of Europe during World War II, where Axis and Allied generals lead their troops into battle and changed the shape of the world forever.

"Officers" lets players command the allied forces in a vast campaign on a diversity of landscapes, with astonishing visual effects, breathtaking graphics, gripping atmosphere and great gameplay.

What sets "Officers" apart from other games in the genre are its vastly sized battlefields of 25 square kilometres, where up to 1,500 soldiers engage in battle. In addition to this, the game includes a unique unit development system with various RPG elements, enabling the player to develop his units from recruits to veterans on a number of abilities. In "Officers," the player takes various tactical decisions in massive battles, coordinates supply lines, prioritises targets and takes advantage of numerous vehicles and equipment, in locations that are subject to weather effects and day and night cycles.

With the inclusion of a map editor and modding tools, Officers provides the player with endless possibilities for creating their own missions with custom-made units.

Stefan Layer, CMSO/VP of Playlogic International N.V:

"I've been enthusiastic about Officers since the game concept was presented to me in 2004. Playlogic has been closely following the game's progress and we're excited to see it continuously improve. GFI is doing a fantastic job on Officers, proving that Eastern European developers have increased the quality of their products tremendously in the past few years."
