Game Developers' Association of Australia leader resigns in order to pursue other opportunities

Gregory Bondar, CEO of the Game Developers' Association of Australia, has resigned after 18 months in the position.

In a letter to the media, Bondar apologised for the short notice but said he had decided to move on to "pursue other opportunities."

"I would like to thank you all for your support and I am sure that the industry in Australia will continue to go from strength to strength," he wrote.

His last official day at the GDAA is June 20.

There was no word yet from COO Mike McNabb or president Tom Crago regarding a replacement.
