GC Developers Conference Announces International Advisory Board

GC Developers Conference (GCDC)

Leipzig, Germany - February 28th 2007

The GC Developers Conference (GCDC), Europe's leading game developer conference, today announced that it has created a new advisory board to help take the conference to its next stage of growth. The advisory board is comprised of outstanding representatives from the international game development and publishing community. With the board's deep knowledge of the industry and their outstanding experience, the members will work to further the strategic outline of GCDC. In addition to their support in finding topics and determining relevant issues for the future of the game industry, the board members will act as international ambassadors of GCDC.

The members of the GCDC advisory board are: Bob Bates (USA), Alexander Fernández (Netherlands, CEO Streamline Studios), Don L. Daglow (USA, president and CEO, Stormfront Studios), Sean Kauppinen (USA, Vice President, Kohnke Communications), Tom Putzki (Germany), Bob Wallace (USA, Strategic Alternatives), and Frank Sliwka, (Germany, project director of GCDC).

"The members are all exceptional experts of the industry, they know the global market, and will help bring GCDC to the next level as a world-class game industry conference," said Joseph Rahmen, CEO of the Leipzig fair.

GCDC 2006 retrospective

From August 21-23, 2006, 650 conference participants from 20 countries attended GCDC. Speakers included Bob Bates (USA), Don L.
