Paris, July 26th 2007 - GOA, the online games department of France Télécom, announces its presence at the Leipzig Games Convention which takes place from the 22nd to the 26th of August 2007. There the MMORPGs Warhammer® Online : Age of Reckoning and Dark Age of Camelot®, along with games from the Goa.com portal, will be presented at a stand of more than 500m².
For the highly-anticipated Warhammer® Online, 36 free access computers will be available, allowing players to challenge each other and try the « Realm vs. Realm » combat. Jeff Hickmann (Senior Producer) and Paul Barnett (Creative Director) will be in charge of the show and will unveil the secret of the Elves amongst others. WAR is slated for a simultaneous launch in Europe and North America in the first quarter of 2008.
Visitors will have the opportunity to try the two newest free games from the Goa.com portal:
- A new kart game allowing 32 players online on the same track. - The urban football game eXtreme Soccer.
News for DAoC will also be presented.
