Gameloft Garners Four Prestigious Nominations at Spike TV's 2007 'Video Game Awards'

'Assassin's Creed®' and 'Heroes: The Mobile Game®' Recognized for Mobile Games Excellence

New York - Gameloft®, a leading publisher and developer of video games for mobile phones, today announced that two of their top-selling mobile games for 2007 have been nominated across several categories for Spike TV's 2007 Video Game Awards. Gameloft's Assassin's Creed was nominated in three categories - the most by a mobile game this year - including 'Mobile Game of the Year', 'Best Mobile Action Game', and 'Best Mobile Visual Design', while Heroes: The Official Mobile Game, based on the hit NBC primetime show, also earned a nomination as 'Best Action Game'.

The largest mainstream video game awards show, Spike TV 2007 Video Game Award's honors every aspect of interactive entertainment, including the mobile platform with awards for 'Mobile Game of the Year', 'Best Action Game', 'Best Casual Game', 'Best Multiplayer Game', 'Best Visual Design' and a special award for 'Innovation in Mobile Gaming.'

The winners will be announced on December 7 during the taping of the award show, which will air on December 9 (9:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT).

Assassin's Creed and Heroes: The Mobile Game is available for download now across most U.S. carriers.
