Licensed by Korea's Actoz Soft for upcoming MMOG Wild Planet.

Calabasas, CA and Seoul, Korea – May 4, 2010 – Emergent Game Technologies, a leading provider of 3D game development solutions, and Korea-based Actoz Soft Co. Ltd., announced today a licensing agreement for use of Emergent’s popular Gamebryo engine for the upcoming massively multiplayer online (MMO) shooter title Wild Planet.

Set in 2400 A.D. after a meteorite strikes the earth, Wild Planet features a non-targeting combat mode, sci-fi world outlook and punk-styled characters. Players can join one of two factions, with aspects of teamwork, exploration, trade, growth, including a core feature that lets more than 100 players simultaneously participate in large scale Realm vs. Real (RVR) combat. Actoz Soft will be performing the first closed beta test for Wild Planet in Korea from April 8th to 12th.
