Game Connection sells out at GDC

This years' Game Connection event, a worldwide business and networking gathering for video game industry players at GDC in San Jose, has been confirmed as sold out.

A total of 45 publishers and 70 developers including Rebellion, Team 17, Savage Entertainment, VU Games, Sega Europe, Microsoft and Eidos have all confirmed their attendance.

"Game Connection is the most efficient acquisitions and pitching event of the year," stated Caspar Gray, product acquisition coordinator for Eidos. "Our company has signed several projects as a direct result of meeting developers at Game Connection. I highly recommend it for development studios of all sizes."

"Gathering the actors of the games industry is the heart of the Game Connection concept," commented Game Connection project manager Stan Baraduc. Held annually since 2001, Game Connection is the place to do business at GDC, with private booths available for professional meeting between publishers and the development community.
