The sixth edition of Game Connection America @ GDC will take place this year from March 24-26, at the Moscone Center (South Hall, Hall A) in San Francisco during the Game Developers Conference.
Game Connection is thrilled to announce that more than 220 exhibitors have secured their spots for Game Connection America @ GDC 2009.
As a business focused event in the videogame industry, Game Connection America attracts talented video game developers, publishers, distributors and service providers from all over the world.
This year, 40% of the exhibiting companies are from North America, along with many international exhibitors from more than 30 countries including: a first-time Australian delegation from Victoria and Queensland, pavilions from France, The UK, Japan, Thailand, Nordic countries Canada, Argentina, The Netherlands, and Brazil. 15% Asian companies and dozens more from Germany, Mexico, Italy, Spain, and Portugal will also exhibit.
Game Connection is a gold mine for first looks at upcoming projects of all genres and for all platforms. Based on the profiles of companies already confirmed at Game Connection, 57 focus on PS3, 75 on Wii, 61 on Xbox 360, and 35 companies working on mobile/casual/ Iphone applications, plus 110 companies developing PC games, and more than 35 focusing on PSN/XBLA/WiWare.
