Galaxy on Fire

Free "lite" version available to sample.

Hamburg, Germany, 29 April 2009 – After the successful debut of Galaxy on Fire™ for the iPhone and iPod touch, FISHLABS now announces Galaxy on Fire™ Lite and a major update of the full version.

In the free lite version, the new survival mode of the full version is available in its entirety. Players must fight against a horde of enemy fighters and hold out as long as possible. For every enemy destroyed, players receive points and new energy, while combos earn a lot more points. Those who enjoy the lite version will also enjoy the story mode of the full version, with over 20 hours of playing fun in a gigantic galaxy with hundreds of planets and space stations. As mercenary Keith T. Maxwell, who hires on with the Terran forces, they must defend the Earth against the aggressive alien Vossk.

The extensive update 1.1.1 of the full version, which is expected to be available in the App Store at the end of this week, includes the following improvements:

• Improved stability

• Difficulty Level adjustable

• Resolved calibration issue

• Resolved graphic glitch

• Reduced memory footprint

• Reduced loading times

• Increased loot probability

• Targeting reticle (leading support) can be switched on or off

Galaxy on Fire™ Lite for iPhone and iPod Touch is expected to be available free in the App Store as of 04 May 2009, the full version costs 4.99 Euro (5.99 USD).
