Celebrate the Lunar New Year with cake!
Celebrate the Lunar (Chinese) New Year in style by cooking up some sweet tasting desserts. The "Old Lady" will tell characters what materials they need to gather and when they have collected the ingredients for the cake of their choice.
Players will have to get their ingredients from the monsters of METIN 2 who are also preparing for the Lunar New Year celebrations and have collected everything they need. It will be worth it because New Year Cakes are extremely potent and can fully restore your HP, MP, or Stamina.
Valentine's Day
LOVE is in the air! Male Characters in the game can kill monsters and find "Chocolates" and "Red Roses" and special gifts pierced by Cupid's arrow. Valentine's Day is on Feb. 14, but the METIN 2 Valentine's Day event runs from Feb. 12-18. Though the prizes can only be won by male characters, female characters will be able to receive special METIN 2 gifts on "White Day" which is coming up April 12-18.
Monthly Lottery Ticket Fever, Fishing Contests and Quiz Day
In addition to the special holiday events this month, there are regular events in METIN 2 that occur every week or on a special day of the month. The first of every month players can win big with Lottery Tickets found randomly after defeating monsters. The player with the winning Lottery Ticket number will receive a special METIN 2 Upgrade Package that includes - 1 x Blessing Scroll, 1 x Stone Craft Book, 1 x Enchant Scroll, and 1 x Enchant Change Scroll.
Every Tuesday anglers unite for a Fishing contest to see who can catch the biggest fish that week. The winner is rewarded with a tasty and energizing platter of rare seafood.
On the 5th day of every month, monsters and villains of METIN 2 have a special homework assignment to challenge players. Players who defeat monsters on the 5th day could find a "Puzzle Box" with their name on it. There is no key for these locked boxes and they can only be opened with the power of the character's mind. If the player can answer all three skill-testing questions correctly they can access to the treasure inside!
