Fun Burger releases language training game

Pocket English promises to take the chore out of learning

Australian developer Fun Burger has completed work on Pocket English - a collection of mini games aimed at making learning languages an entertaining experience.

The developer is actively seeking partnerships to distribute the game in all territories, with Fun Brurger claiming the title can easily be customised for users who want to learn other languages such as Italian, Japanese, Korean or Spanish.

"Who said that learning a new language should be expensive and time-consuming? Now people who want to memorise important words, sentences and learn grammar can do it all from their mobile phone," said Fun Burger CEO Mick Solomons.

"There's no need to carry around heavy textbooks, you can study anywhere and anytime."

"With downloadable content being made available every month, the player will be able to customise their learning by subject matter and difficulty," he added.

The game uses a range of mini games incorporating word-picture recognition, spelling and grammar puzzles and audio questions.
