FRANK SAGNIER NAMED AS EUROPEAN MD AT DOUBLE FUSION

As a Top Five publisher signs a multi title deal

San Francisco - Leading in-game advertising company Double Fusion has announced the appointment of games industry heavyweight Frank Sagnier as European Managing Director. Sagnier joins from Electronic Arts where he was Vice President Online Publishing Europe.

The appointment comes the same week that the company has announced a major multi title deal with global top five publisher THQ Inc. (NASDAQ:THQI), and is a clear indication of the aggressive growth plans Double Fusion has for Europe.

"Frank has been a major force within the European publishing scene for the past 12 years. His knowledge of the key players, and the machinations of the European publishing scene, will obviously help us to fast track our efforts in Europe. This is going to be a very exciting year for Double Fusion," commented Jonathan Epstein, CEO of Double Fusion.

"It's early days, but in-game advertising is already becoming hugely exciting as major brands wake up to the true potential this unique medium has to offer. As VP European Marketing at EA, Sagnier was involved with some of the biggest brands in interactive entertainment such as 'The Sims' - the world's most successful PC game to date - as well as FIFA or the Harry Potter franchise. He then built the EA Partners European business division, responsible for publishing and distributing externally developed products. Under his leadership, EAP generated over $400M worth of new business worldwide over five years.

More recently, he has been responsible for developing and managing EA Europe's online business division, successfully launching EA's casual game portal Pogo in the UK and Germany, launching direct to consumer PC digital distribution and launching dynamic in game advertising.
