Former K2 Network Executives Launch New Global Online Game Publisher True Games Interactive

Global Publishing and Operations Experts Jeff Lujan and Bob Drobish Lead the New Venture

Orange County, Calif.-- January 17, 2008 - True Games Interactive ( www.truegamesinteractive.com), a new global online game publisher formally launched today. Established game industry executives Jeff Lujan and Bob Drobish, the two key executives behind publishing and operations at K2 Network announced today that they have left the MMO service provider and together have formed the new global online publishing company, True Games Interactive.

While Senior Vice President of Global Publishing at K2 Network, Lujan led global publishing, product development, marketing and international business development. As Senior Vice President of Operations at K2 Network, Drobish was responsible for overall company revenue, Live Game Operations, Technology & Infrastructure, Customer Support, and India Operations.

At True Games Interactive, Lujan will serve as Chief Publishing Officer. His responsibilities include publishing, marketing, business development and product development. Drobish will serve as Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for business operation, live game operations, customer service and technology. Together with the company's strong team of industry veterans, they offer an alternative approach and new business model to independent developers and publishers within the free-to-play, micro-transaction gaming segment. The company will use its founders' marketing and micro-transaction expertise and a proprietary game platform to embrace existing Eastern content and is working closely with Western developers to produce and publish new content on a global scale.
