Fans from across the world awaiting the much anticipated launch of Football Superstars can now see exactly what to expect come launch day, with the release of a teaser video by publisher CyberSports. The 1min 15sec video is now live on the Football Superstars website - www.footballsuperstars.com – and boasts incredible in-game footage of the game being played for the first time.
The video, set to get gamers’ and football fans’ mouses twitching, shows stunning action recorded live from 11-a-side matches, along with footage of the in-game avatars exploring the beautifully rendered interactive virtual world away from the pitch. The exclusive shops and venues in which to socialise with friends or flirt with the paparazzi can be seen for the first time, as well as the gyms where players can train to enhance their skills.
In the free to download Football Superstars - developed by Nottingham based Monumental Games – players re-create themselves online as a footballer and then have free reign in the state of the art interactive virtual world. Players can play their way from 3-a-side up to 11-a-side matches, gaining attributes and skills in order to specialise in their chosen playing position.
