Square-Enix and Sony Computer Entertainment have teamed up to release a special PlayStation 2 bundle with Final Fantasy XII when the game hits Japanese stores on March 16th.

The bundle will include a charcoal black slimline PS2 sporting a unique Final Fantasy symbol design. Those who purchase the special edition pack will also receive a vertical stand, controller, cables and a FFXII mobile phone strap, along with a copy of the game.

A Square-Enix representative told our sister site, Eurogamer, that there are currently "no plans" to bring the bundle to Europe. But such a possibility hasn't been ruled out entirely - the representative added that the bundle could be released in PAL territories "if demand is high enough."
