Field of Glory
Rulebooks imminent in French, German, Italian and Spanish.
One year after Field of Glory hit the shelves across the English-speaking world, Slitherine and Osprey Publishing are delighted to announce the impending release of rulebooks in French, German, Italian and Spanish. Slitherine Director, JD McNeil commented:
“Wargaming is a truly international hobby and the success of Field of Glory has helped prove that. Translating the game into these languages is a logical move and has always been part of our plan. This is a huge step for wargaming as it will allow players from around the world to meet and fight their battles with a common rule set”.
The books will be published by Osprey Publishing and will be available to vendors across Europe. Richard Sullivan, Marketing Director for Osprey Publishing, stated:
“The challenge for Osprey was to bring the same high production standards to these editions that we brought to the English language edition. Working with translations is always difficult from a design and production standpoint, but we believe that everyone will agree that they look fantastic”.
