Farm Frenzy

Russia's "most popular casual game" launched on the Netlog social network.

i-Jet Media, the largest social games publisher and distributor in Russia, CIS and Eastern Europe, has published a game called Farm Frenzy in Netlog. With getting 150 million attendees monthly and 69 million users registered, Netlog is one of the world's larger social networks.

Farm Frenzy is the most popular casual game in Russia and East. Now, developed by one of Alawar Entertainment's studios, it was launched in a new format appropriate to social networks. i-Jet Media has already published Farm Frenzy in all major Russian social networks and in Ukraine, and is exporting it to European and other world's networks.

"Headquarters of Netlog is in Brussels, but it is more than just a European network. To date, Netlog covers Arab world, all the European countries, Latin America, Turkey, and so on. I can say that games are internationally recognized if they are popular in this social network," - said Alexey Kostarev, General Producer, i-Jet Media.

Though its promotion campaign hadn't been even launched, Farm Frenzy succeeded to reach record figures in first two days with 250 per cent more players than previous applications had used to get during identical periods of time. Alexey Kostarev has no doubt this game is to become a hit in Netlog: Happy Farm attracts more than 2 million users in Russian social networks and claims to collect significant audience in European ones.

i-Jet Media plans to publish a dozen of other games in Europe within the next month. Among those are seven games for German social networks.

i-Jet Media launched its Europe-oreinted expansion in early winter 2010 after publishing partners' games in social networks of Finland, Estonia, Germany, and Poland. To date, audience of three i-Jet Media's games in Netlog is almost 1 million people.

In total, more than 50 million users of 30 social networks all over the world play 70 applications published by i-Jet Media. 10 million users is approximate daily audience number. Market capitalization of i-Jet Media equals USD $100 million according to investors. In April 2009, i-Jet Media published Happy Farmer which exploded the Russian Internet: the game succeeded to collect about 10,000,000 unique active users, and earned USD $20 million during less than one year. This record of the Runet is still unbroken. Happy Farmer was also honoured with the Goggle Trend prize as the best game of 2009.
