Eurogamer Expo 2010

20,000 tickets go on sale for October's bash at Earls Court.

For Immediate Release

Brighton, England, 22 April 2010. Eurogamer, Europe's leading independent games media specialist, has launched the 2010 Eurogamer Expo website and officially opened its doors for business. 20,000 tickets are available now for just £8 each, making the event open to even more of Britain's gamers than in previous sell-out years.

Taking place from 1st - 3rd October at Earls Court's Brompton Hall, Britain's biggest public videogaming event will offer gamers the opportunity to play this year's biggest and best titles even before they hit the shops.

Day tickets will enable players to enjoy up to eight hours of hands-on gaming, attend developer sessions given by some of the world's premier development talent, participate in multiplayer tournaments, explore the curiosities of the indie arcade, discuss videogaming employment opportunities at the GamesIndustry.biz Career Fair, grab some gaming goodies at the HMV on-site store and much more.

"Tickets going on sale starts the countdown to what's set to be another fantastic Eurogamer Expo," said Rupert Loman, Managing Director at Eurogamer. "With the wealth of support we continue to receive from first- and third-party publishers, the development community and the 4.5 million Eurogamer readers, 2010 is set to be our best year yet. "

Full details of the stellar 2010 Expo line-up of gaming and development talent will be issued over the coming months, and more details can be found at the official Expo site.
