Marketing company NCompass, which works with companies like Activision and Microsoft on eSports events, has added two new executives to its team and announced the creation of a new Seattle office.
Brent Koning joins as VP and head of gaming and global partnerships. He was previously worked on the Xbox brand in global product marketing. Aaron Miller becomes the VP of innovation. Prior to joining NCompass he was executive creative director of marketing agency George P Johnson.
"We are excited to bring industry veterans of both Aaron's and Brent's caliber to NCompass," said CEO Donna Graves.
"These two hires and the new office in Seattle represent a strategic move to strengthen our leadership position in eSports and gaming while also building partnerships and innovation with new and existing clients."
NCompass is also open a new Seattle office and Koning will be based there. The company is headquartered in Los Angeles but boasts "hubs" around the world.
"Seattle is a perfect business and cultural fit for NCompass," added senior VP Ryan Fitzpatrick.
"It is not only a video game and eSports stronghold, it is also a trend-setting market when it comes to technology, music and design.
