Seoul, Korea – December 22, 2010– Gamebase Co., Ltd announced today that it has acquired the assets of Emergent Game Technologies, the developer of the world-class video game engines Gamebryo and LightSpeed 3D. Korea-based Gamebase, a long-time strategic partner of Emergent, also announced that David Brame, the former chief operating officer of NDL and vice president of sales at Emergent, will become the CEO of the newly capitalized company in USA.
