Digital Interactive Appoints Joseph Konowiecki as President

Co-Founder of PriceGrabber.com, to Head Up Aggressive New Direction for Company in 2008 and Beyond

EMBARGO: TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2008

(Long Beach, CA) - February 12, 2008 - Digital Interactive Systems Corporation (Digital Interactive), the leading provider of cutting-edge technology solutions for the PC gaming industry, today announced that current Chairman of the Board Joseph Konowiecki, J.D. has also taken on the position of president. Under Konowiecki's leadership, Digital Interactive is set to take an aggressive stance for democratizing digital distribution. Whereas numerous other digital distribution technologies are part of major media conglomerates, Digital Interactive works with a variety of partners, including large PC manufacturers and community based gaming/technology websites, allowing anyone big or small to get in on the trend that is changing the way PC games are sold and distributed.

Joseph Konowiecki brings an extensive resume of experience to Digital Interactive in a variety of fields. He has held top positions for multi-billion dollar companies such as CEO of Future Solutions within United Health Group (UHG) as well as General Counsel and Executive Vice President for PacifiCare Health Systems. He has also been an investor and trusted advisor for PriceGrabber.com, Digital Interactive, and the United States Football Club (U.S.F.C.), as well as a founding partner of the law firm Konowiecki & Rank. Validating his push to bring digital distribution to the masses, Mr. Konowiecki is ever the philanthropist, giving back to his community by serving on the board of several non-profit organizations, most recently the Healthcare Advisory Board of the RAND Corporation.

"What we're doing is revolutionizing the PC digital distribution market," said Joseph Konowiecki, president, Digital Interactive. "We have developed easy to use technologies and are working with a host of different partners to allow independent websites to get in on the digital download trend, offering gamers a variety of outlets to purchase games online. For us, it's the difference between going to a large super store or going to the good old downtown main street where there are a multitude of stores and users can choose who they want to buy from."

The core business model for Digital Interactive remains the same - developing and providing digital distribution solutions for PCs. However, with the appointment of Mr. Konowiecki as president, the company is stepping up its marketing and business development efforts to drive new partnerships and speak directly to consumers. With several of the top 10 game publishers already part of Digital Interactive's InstaPlay and HAWGS programs, the company will aggressively work to bring additional partners into the fold, will continue to enhance the look and feel of its technology, and deliver on its promise of simple, secure, and instantaneous downloads of games as well as other forms of digital content with its breakthrough 1-Click Buy-N-Play technology.
