Delta Force - Black Hawk Down For Xbox® Video Game System From Microsoft And PlayStation® 2 Have Gone Gold
Game to hit streets in Europe September 2nd
LONDON, UK (July 20, 2005) - Entertainment software developer and publisher NovaLogic, Inc. today has announced that Delta Force - Black Hawk Down, the company's highly anticipated tactical shooter for the Xbox® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and PlayStation® 2 has gone gold. Rated 16+ by PEGI, the game features an expansive single player campaign and breaks new ground in the multiplayer arena by allowing up to 50 players to battle over Xbox Live®, or up to 32 players on PlayStation 2 via GameSpy.

Set in Somalia in 1993, Delta Force - Black Hawk Down is based upon and around the Operation Restore Hope and Task Force Ranger campaigns and follows members of the elite Delta Force, US Army Rangers and 10th Mountain Division as they participate in a number of daring raids against the oppressive Somali warlords in and around Mogadishu.

The SOWF provides college scholarship grants, along with financial aid and educational counseling to the children of Special Operations personnel who were killed in an operational mission or training accident.
