D3Publisher of America, Inc. Announces Sales Support Network

Company Finalizes Sales Infrastructure - Set To Release First Title In Q4 2005

LOS ANGELES - July 21, 2005 - D3Publisher of America, Inc. (D3PA), a publisher and developer of interactive entertainment software, today announced that it has signed agreements with a select group of independent sales representative organizations to provide retail sales support in the United States and Canada. In addition, D3PA announced that they have hired an associate operations manager. D3PA recently signed an agreement with Ditan Corporation for product distribution in the United States, and finalized a similar deal with Ditan/Synergex Canada Inc. for the Canadian market.

"Now that we have a distribution and logistics network in place for the US and Canada, the next step was to ensure product sell-through with a talented sales support team," said Kim Motika, vice president of sales and operations for D3PA. "Our first release for this year, Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi for Nintendo's Game Boy® Advance now has all of the elements in place to ensure a smooth launch and strong sales."

D3PA has signed agreements with the following companies for these territories:

  • Sales Network Associates - Northwestern US/Washington & Oregon
  • Strategic Marketing Partners - Midwestern US
  • Target Marketing - Canada
  • Trend Marking - Northeastern US
  • Watt & Company - Southern US/Texas & Arkansas
  • Watt/Spohn Universal - Military Bases
  • Wong & Associates - Western US/California & Hawaii

These newly appointed independent sales representatives will work closely with Motika and the entire sales and operations staff, covering accounts in North America, South America and the US Military Branches. D3Publisher's internal sales team also includes Paul Kim, sales manager, responsible for accounts in the Mid-West, Western US and Western Canada. Kim previously held the position of sales analyst at THQ prior to joining D3Publisher.

D3PA's new associate operations manager is Donna Marr. Marr's experience includes similar positions with MGM Home Entertainment, Buena Vista Home Entertainment and Sony Corporation of American where she held positions in the Sales and Operational areas of the home video business divisions.
