Colorous: A Color Odyssey
Color-based puzzler with cartoony graphics launched for iPhone and Facebook.
AVOC Software, an independent Italian game studio, announces the release of Colorous: A Color Odyssey for iPhone/iPod Touch and Facebook. Available on AppStore (priced at €1.59/$1.99/£1.19) and Facebook since February 28th, Colorous is an original color-based puzzle game with fast, fun and exciting gameplay, cute cartoon graphics and social features. iPad and Android versions are also in production, with TBA release dates.
The main characters of Colorous are called Chromies. They are tiny little creatures of different colors, that should be paired and combined to unleash devastating combos and gain thousands of points. You can race against time in Classic Mode and watch the fantastic tale of Chromies unravel in Story Mode, where you should fight evil bosses to restore freedom in the magical land of Chromies.

The Facebook version of Colorous: A Color Odyssey is playable at the address http://apps.facebook.com/colorous/. The Facebook Connect technology allows both iPhone/iPod and Facebook players to challenge each other. Friends and World leaderboards are shared.
Colorous: A Color Odyssey features:
- Two different game modes: Classic Mode and Story Mode
- Classic Mode includes 20 different levels, while Story Mode is divided into 8 magic worlds, with a total of 50 different levels and 10 powerful bosses
- Social features allow players to challenge their Facebook and iPhone friends. Scores can be also shared on Twitter (only on iPhone/iPod version).
- Integration with iPod playlist (only iPhone/iPod version). Players could listen to their favorite music while playing.
