Codemasters Online announces two day consumer event

Codemasters Online is to host a two day consumer event to showcase recent and upcoming games, including as-yet unannounced titles from the publisher.

Codemasters Online is to host a two day consumer event to showcase recent and upcoming games, including as-yet unannounced titles from the publisher.

As well as access to over 400 gaming PCs, consumers will also be able to take part in round-table discussions and question and answer sessions with the Codemasters Online team.

"We are ecstatic to unveil plans on this amazing community orientated MMO gaming event," commented Ed Relf, director of marketing for Codemasters Online.

"Codemasters Online Connect 2008 is a milestone in the growth of Codemasters Online as a global gaming force and we canât wait to welcome the many thousands of people from across all of our gaming communities," he said.

Connect 2008 will take place at Omega Sektor in Birmingham, March 14 and 15, with ticket prices to be announced in the next few weeks.

Titles on show at the two day event include The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar, Dungeons & Dragons Online: Stormreach, RF Online and Archlord.
