Call of Duty 4 cleans up at Golden Joysticks

Activision title takes four awards while sequel bags the One to Watch award

Activision's Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare has cleaned up at the Golden Joystick Awards, taking place in London today.

The game won the Nuts All-Nighter Award, UK ESA PC Game of the Year, GamesRadar Online Game of the Year and the Virgin Media Ultimate Game of the Year. The next call of Duty title – World at War – also bagged the Play.com One to Watch award.

Other winners included Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock which took The Sun Family Games of the Year and Rockstar's Grand Theft Auto IV, which took away two gongs.
