Call For Submissions Now Open For CMP Technology's 2007 Austin Game Developers Conference

SAN FRANCISCO - April 3, 2007 - The call for submissions to present lectures, roundtables and panel sessions at the 2007 Austin Game Developers Conference is open now through Monday, April 30. The three-day event, presented by the CMP Game Group, host of the industry-leading Game Developers Conference (GDC), will take place September 5-7, 2007 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.

Building off of the Austin Game Conference which CMP acquired in October 2006, Austin GDC will feature four tracks: Game Audio, Writing for Games, and Online Games-including casual games, MMOs, and virtual worlds-and the all-new People's Choice, subdivided into four sub tracks:

Business and Management Community and Marketing Design Technology and Services Submissions may be made to the Game Audio, Writing for Games, and Online Games tracks; the proposals that are not selected for these three tracks will automatically be submitted to the People's Choice track voting site.
