Buka Entertainment awarded by GamingExcellence Best of E3 2006

MOSCOW, Russia (June 6, 2006) - Buka Entertainment, producer, publisher and distributor of high grade games for PC, today announced that its games were presented in 5 honorable nominations and won 2 awards of "GamingExcellence Best of E3 2006".

Aggression: Europe 1914 - global RTS game first presented at E3 - won a promising "Sleeper Hit" award and was nominated for the "Best Strategy Game" title. Besides, it's among the finalists for the prize in "PC Game of the Show" category. Pacific Storm: Allies was one of the candidates for the "Best Expansion" award.

Buka's booth at E3 (booth # 6015 in Kentia Hall) was recognized as the "Best "Tucked Away" Booth". This award is meant for "the best booth tucked away into the shadows of E3, the most creative use of space, friendly atmosphere, and use of color and lighting". Accordingly to GamingExcellence, "Buka Entertainment's booth in Kentia hall proved to be just that, bright orange and visible from a distance, a pair of meeting rooms and a demo station for all to take a look at".

Aggression: Europe 1914

Aggression: Europe 1914 is a global real time strategy game which brings to the player the chance to rewrite the darkest history of the old continent between 1914 and 1950. This title pushes to the limit the real time strategy, thanks to the powerful graphic engine which can support hundreds of detailed units in action at the same time, a 100% 3D scenario where every building is constructed based on hundreds of polygons and where the special effects displayed have not being seen before in games of the same genre. Pacific Storm: Allies is the official expansion of Pacific Storm which is a huge success all around the world.
