Banjo saves Kazooie from the clutches of the wicked witch

IN-FUSIO has adapted the adventure game “Banjo-Kazooie® - Grunty’s Revenge” for mobile phones

Meerbusch, July 11 2005 - A bear fights to liberate his feathered friend: IN-FUSIO, the leading mobile games' publisher and game service provider, has announced the well-known Game Boy Advanced game "Banjo-Kazooie® - Grunty's Revenge" for the mobile phone. The game runs on JAVA US, BREW, EGE, Java, and Windows Mobile and can be downloaded starting now from 02. The mobile adventure game from IN-FUSIO is based on the popular video game developed by Rare Limited and offers gamers the option of slipping into the role of Banjo, the cute bear.

The wicked witch Gruntilda has captured Banjo's faithful, feathered sidekick Kazooie and cursed her. Banjo's mission is to cross magical, colourful worlds to free his long-lost friend. He must battle his way through 5 different worlds and 15 levels on his journey, meeting on his way weird and wonderful figures that either help him to find his buddy or put obstacles in his path. His mission is to collect magic pieces of a puzzle - called Jiggys in the game - which he needs to break the curse that keeps Kazooie behind bars. Banjo can acquire certain skills from the characters he meets along the way, such as swimming, climbing and fighting, which he can use to complete the mission. If a gamer gets lost there is always the mole to point them in the right direction.

"IN-FUSIO's goal is to adapt million-selling console games for mobile phones," said Richard Moureaud, Senior Product Manager at IN-FUSIO. "With 'Banjo-Kazooie® - Grunty's Revenge' we have made a giant leap in bringing the console gaming experience to the cell phone.
