Think Services establishes Germany office

Berlin HQ set up for administration of GDC Europe

Think Services, the company behind the GDC series of events, has established a new company in Germany which will officially take care of running GDC Europe at this year's inaugural gamescom show.

The company will be led, as expected, by Frank Sliwka, who will be assisted by Carsten Kohlenbeck, previously of Global Games Media - which was acquired by Think Services late last year.

The new office will be based in Berlin and also run the International eSports Conference - another property which previously belonged to Sliwka's former company.

"This new opportunity is both exciting and challenging," said Sliwka, now VP of European business development of the Think Services Game Group. "With this great team, I am confident that our upcoming projects such as GDC Europe will be a great success. We are enthusiastic to expand the Think Services Game Group brand and services to Europe."
