Streamline Studios has formed a new audio division with Black Hole Recordings to provide sound solutions for digital entertainment.

Streamline Sound will combine Black Hole's artist roster with Streamline's existing audio services, as well as independent composers and musicians, to offer audio for digital entertainment and also release music under the Streamline Records brand.

"Streamline Sound provides one-stop shopping for game developers and publishers, with comprehensive music and audio services, music licensing, and an innovative music publishing model," commented Alexander L. Fernandez, CEO of Streamline Studios.

"Original game music soundtracks released on Streamline Records can put money back into the pocket of the publisher or developer who commissioned the work," he added.

Streamline has worked with developers on a number of high-profile titles including Gears of War and Unreal Tournament from Epic and THQ's Saint's Row.

Artists on the Black Hole Recordings label include Grammy-nominated Tiesto, Mr Sam, Way Out West and Johan Gielen.
