RTL Games forms Black Inc.

RTS Games has formed a publishing label titled Black Inc.

The new label will launch WorldShift, a real-time strategy game being developed by Black Sea Studios for the PC, in 2008.

"With Black Sea Studios, we have found the ideal partner for the first flagship title for Black Inc.," said Holger Strecker, managing director of RTL Games GmbH. "I'm convinced that WorldShift will succeed in demonstrating to core gamers our commitment to quality right from the beginning."

"The game will serve as a prelude to our new Black Inc. product portfolio, which we intend to strengthen rapidly with further exciting titles."

No additional games were announced, but RTL Games plans to publish further titles under the Black Inc. label.
