GRIN has announced that it is opening a new 700 square meter development studio in Gothenburg, Sweden, in January of 2008

GRIN has announced that it is opening a new 700 square meter development studio in Gothenburg, Sweden, in January of 2008.

The company, which currently employs over 190 people, also said that it would be looking to hire additional employees.

"Our ambition is to be better, faster and more fun to work with than other developers and we want to spread that ambition to the Gothenburg region," said GRIN's CEO Bo Andersson.

"We've had a very successful year and our goal is to continue the success with the opening of a new a studio in Gothenburg."

GRIN was responsible for the PC version of Ubisoft's Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter, and is currently developing Bionic Commando for the PS3, PC and Xbox 360.
