GDC 09 registration opens

Developer conference to take place March 23-27 with 9 different summits

Think Services has announced that registration for next year's GDC in San Francisco is now open, with details on the summit line-up for the event.

Among the subjects to be covered across March 23-27 are AI, casual games, outsourcing, mobile, independent games, localisation and serious games - with IGDA Education and Worlds in Motion summits also included on the list.

"The Game Developers Conference prides itself on continually improving the conference experience based on the needs of our attendees and the industry," said event director Meggan Scavio.

"With the help of feedback from the community, our advisory board, and editorial staff, we've crafted a conference this year that speaks to the changing landscape of the games industry.

"You can expect more specialised content through our new and existing summits in conjunction with compelling talks in our main conference."

Registration information is available on the official website, and GamesIndustry.biz Network members are able to arrange meetings at any time, as with all events on the Network calendar.
