Gamestation drops online delivery fees
Three day shipping now offered at no cost for orders within the UK
UK retailer Gamestation has announced that it has dropped shipping charges on all orders made through its website.
Under the terms of the offer, all standard delivery within the UK will be free, without restriction and with every item being delivered within three working days. The next day delivery option is still available for GBP 4.95, the same price as shipping to outside of the UK.
This comes at a time of increased competition between the leading online retailers in the UK, such as Amazon and Play.com as well as set against the backdrop of increasing interest in the sector by retail giants Zavvi and HMV.
