Commodore Gaming and Play.com have entered into an agreement that will see the Jersey-based online retailer be the first to sell the CommodoreG gaming PC.

Commodore Gaming and Play.com have entered into an agreement that will see the Jersey-based online retailer be the first to sell the CommodoreG gaming PC.

The arrangement means that Play.com will have a one month lead on other retailers for the GBP 999.99 set-up, which features an Intel Core 2 quad processor and 2GB of RAM.

Play.com's spokesperson, Stuart Rowe, commented that the deal was "indicative of our continued growth and presence in the games market," while Commodore CEO Bala Keilman stated that site has "the right audience focus to match the product positioning."

The machine will also come bundled with 50 classic Commodore titles, as well as a five-game pack including Tomb Raider Anniversary.
